CALL TO ACTION: Protect Our Voter Data
Virginians - tell your officials: Do Not Hand Over Our Voter Information
In March, Donald Trump signed an executive order demanding federal agencies to “eliminate information silos.”
That bland language hides a dangerous truth:
It’s a blueprint for centralized political surveillance.
Now, the Department of Justice is contacting states, including Virginia asking for:
Full voter registration lists
Details on how counties maintain voter rolls
Information on how noncitizens are identified
This effort is not about improving elections. It’s about using sensitive data to enable suppression, targeting, and control — all under the false banner of “election integrity.”
We cannot allow Virginia to comply!

Why This Matters
This isn't about preventing noncitizens from voting which is a problem that virtually does not exist.
It’s about laying the groundwork for a surveillance regime, using “voter integrity” as a cover for mass data collection and authoritarian control.
Virginia is being targeted. The stakes are high.
2025 will be a bellwether for democracy.
Do Not Obey in Advance
History teaches us that authoritarian systems thrive when people comply before they’re forced to.
Pay attention.
Help others pay attention.
Speak out now — loudly, clearly, and often.
This is how we protect democracy.
This is how we win.
MAKE THESE CONTACTS - Get loud!

Suggested Talking Points
Urge the Commonwealth to pause or reject participation in any federal voter data program until full public hearings and legislative review occur.
Object to the use of our voter data in a surveillance system combining SSA and IRS information.
Express concern about privacy violations, loss of due process, and disenfranchisement of eligible voters.
Request transparency on any agreements with DHS or USCIS.
Demand the Department of Elections:
Publish an audit trail for any release of voting data
Provide advance notice and a reinstatement process if a voter is removed from the rolls
Conduct audits of past voter roll errors, especially where third-party systems were used
