Protest September 1 - Flood the Halls of Congress, September 2 & 3
Remove the Regime
A broad coalition of groups is calling on allies to join them in Washington, D.C., September 1–3 for a National Day of Action and follow-up events.
The mobilization begins on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, at the NLRB, followed by Congressional office visits and protests at the White House and AIPAC over the following two days. FLARE will provide directions from their encampment at Columbus Circle in front of Union Station to each action site.
The coalition is especially urging organizations and members to turn out in large numbers to “Flood the Halls of Congress” on Tuesday, September 2, and Wednesday, September 3, demonstrating that the fight against fascism will not be abandoned.
The coalition emphasizes that this is a peaceful, nonviolent mobilization—a show of solidarity and determination to defend democracy and resist authoritarianism.
